Vegetables , For Better and Longer Life
Whenever we go to the dining room , our parents always want what is the best to be prepared in the table such as vegetables , fruits and many nutritious meals inside the food pyramid.
Some don't like to eat vegetables for all they want is meat, sweet foods that were rich in sugar , fats and other delicious but less in nutrition foods . The reason behind this is that , some say that vegetables are cheap food or if not , it was not their taste of swallowing bitter one like the bitter gourd .
I grew up loving to eat vegetables and its the only one I can easily and enjoyably eat during meal time . My parents always remind me the good benefits I can get when eating vegetables . Vegetables are always present in our dining table during meal time because it gives nutrients to our body , it also makes us strong and healthy .
We should eat vegetables everyday to make our life longer and better.
